Refiner's Fire: Breaking to Awakening

Join Padre Paul Funfsinn and Monk Shari Shea for a special Lent episode. We are at the beginning of a Spiritual Awakening here in the U.S. On the church calendar, we are at the start of this Spiritual Renewal Season. Many spiritual traditions honor this journey leading up to our celebration of Easter. Finding intentional forms of fasting, prayer, and added devotional times helps awaken our senses to the Burning One of Israel.

Become Limitless: The Gift of Light

Rev. Miriam Karell, Irit Schaffer, and Rev. Darlene Antoniewicz explore the theme "Become Limitless". We read about saints and angels and are inspired by all those who hold the light no matter the circumstances. We have among us someone who is holding that possibility for us all as it is in her DNA. Irit shares the story of how her Dad was able to stay connected to the Light and lived from that place even while being in a concentration camp. The theme of “become limitless” will help people access the Light and joy even in tough and challenging times. This theme has a deep prayer and healing potential especially given all going on in the world. There’s a lot of pain in the world right now- heartbreak- and if we can hold a higher vision/prayer for ourselves, so much can shift. Healing prayers are offered at the end of the episode.
