Join Rev. Kat Katsanis-Semel and Dr. Liza Fox for an hour of healing prayers, poetry, and a Yoga Nidra session for deep relaxation. As this episode is meant to be deeply restorative for body, mind, and spirit, it's best to listen to this when you have time and space to relax, such as before bed.
Rev. Kat Katsanis-Semel offers Hatha Yoga for physical resiliency, Yoga Nidra for nervous system relaxation and restoration, Pranayama (breathing exercises) for stress reduction and Mindfulness Meditation for heightened mental clarity, as well as many other beautiful offerings focused on mental and spiritual wellbeing. Dr. Liza Fox is a student in the CLM Educational Program and offers depth-oriented inner-work guidance, counselling, and spiritual mentorship.
